This year, both Groundhog Day and the State of the Union Address fell on the same day.
It is an ironic juxtaposition: one involves a meaningless ritual in which we look to a creature of little intelligence for prognostication.
The other involves a groundhog.
This blog will focus on political images I have found all around the Internet, though I will intersperse some commentary and quotes that I find interesting.
