I personally think the whole "English only" issue is pretty funny - our ancestors spoke other languages for a long time after they arrived in this country and finally, after a generation or two, the families became assimilated. Now the conservatives want everyone to speak English as soon as they cross the border. Ain't gonna happen and it ain't so bad.
